چکیده
BACKGROUND: The ability of plants to adapt oxygen deficiency is associated with the presence various adaptations, many which are mediated by significant changes metabolism. These allow resistant wetland grow even in oxygen-deficient environment.
AIM: aim study was carry out metabolic profiling leaves species Epilobium palustre and hirsutum, mesophyte angustifolium order identify most characteristic metabolome traits hypoxia-resistant plants.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Metabolite performed GC-MS. Statistical analysis metabolomics data processed using R 4.2.1 Funny-Looking Kid.
RESULTS: resulting profile included about 360 compounds. 70 these were identified 50 compounds determined a class. Sugars (64) widely represented obtained profiles. 16 amino 20 carboxylic acids, lipids secondary have been identified. Significant differences revealed between profiles leaf metabolomes E. hydrophytes hirsutum palustre. characterized high levels sugars. practically did not differ from each other accumulation including GABA shunt intermediates, dicarboxylic acids Krebs cycle, metabolites glycolysis lactic acid fermentation, reflects stimulation anaerobic respiration, nitrogen metabolism, alternative pathways NAD(P)H reoxidation CONCLUSIONS: Traits detected hydrophyte can be used assess degree plant resistance deficiency.

The control and interaction between nitrogen and carbon assimilatory pathways is essential in both photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic tissue in order to support metabolic processes without compromising growth. Physiological differences between the basal and mature region of wheat (Triticum aestivum) primary leaves confirmed that there was a change from heterotrophic to autotrophic metabolism...
متن کاملMetabolite Profiling of Justicia gendarussa Burm. f. Leaves Using UPLC-UHR-QTOF-MS
An ultra-performance liquid chromatography ultra-high-resolution quadrupole-time-of-flight-mass spectrometry (UPLC-UHR-QTOF-MS) metabolite profiling ofxs Justicia gendarussa Burm. f. leaves was performed. PCA and HCA analyses were applied to observe the clustering patterns and inter-sample relationships. It seemed that the concentrations of Ca, P, and Cu in the soil could affect the metabolite ...
متن کاملa comparative study of the theme of "marriage" in three victorian novelists: charles dickens, george eliot and thomas hardy
Genetic Relationships among Three Yarrow Species Based on Phenotypic Traits and Peroxidase Profiling
Fifteen yarrow populations from different species Achillea millefolium L., A. biebersteinii L. and A. nobilis, from different geographical areas of Iran were studied using 24 morphological traits and peroxidase profiles. Comparison of mean values of different phenotypic traits show A. millefolium and A. biebersteinii L. had higher plant height and crown diameter; however, A. nobilis had higher ...
